April – May – June: $1500 + 13% tax per week
July – Aug – Sept: $1600 + 13% tax per week
Oct – Nov: $1400 + 13% tax per week
Dec 1st – Dec 14th: $1400 + 13% tax per week
Dec 15th – Dec 31st: $1700 + 13% tax per week
Peak Season Holidays: $1700 + 13% tax per week
Pool Heat: $200 per week
Payment terms
- A security deposit of $300 secures your dates and prices
- Full balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival date
Cancellation terms
- If you cancel 60 days before your arrival date you get a full refund
- Cancel 30 to 60 days you get back 50% refund
- Cancel 29 days out you lose any payments made
