Rental terms and conditions for Acadia Villa (Marcellas Villa)

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Your requested dates will only be held for 48 hours after deposit request has been sent as we get many enquiries on a daily basis To confirm a reservation and hold the requested dates and agreed price , a Security deposit of $300 or €300 euro must be paid within 48 hours of the payment request being sent to you via paypal IF YOUR RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 12 WEEKS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATES, we will require full payment of Security Deposit and Villa Rental, at the time your reservation is made, reservation will not be confirmed until your full payment is received within this time frame.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit of $300 or €300 euro is required for all bookings. This security deposit is fully refundable on condition there is no reported damages to the villa other than normal wear & tear, if you are due a security deposit refund this will be sent to you no later than 30 days after you leave the villa.

CHANGE REQUESTS

All change requests must be sent in writing via email, and all confirmed changes must be sent to the customer in writing via email from the Villa owner. Any request to change your confirmed dates will be subject to availability, however we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received anytime up to 12 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival dates are refundable in full, subject to a cancellation fee of $100 or €100 to cover administration fees If you wish to re book at a later date you have the option of leaving your full deposit on hold without any deductions, this full deposit can be used for any future booking. Any cancellations made within 12 weeks of your requested arrival dates will be refundable only if we can rent the villa out for the origional dates that were reserved for you. Any cancellations made within 30 days of your requested arrival dates are ineligible for any form of reimbursement. If the pool heating system fails or breaks down it will be repaired as soon as is possible, if you have paid for pool/Spa/Jacuzzi heating you will be refunded without question for any days you did not receive this. Sometimes things will breakdown, once you notify the management company they will do their best to carry out any required repairs asap, we will only consider moving any of our guests to another villa if our villa is not suitable to live in, we must specify, things can and will break down over time, our responsibility to you our guest is to get them repaired as quickly as possible. The use of the swings and monkey bars by your children is entirely at your own risk, the Management Company, or the Owners of the villa, or the Community Association accept no liability when you use these swings, please be advised that the swings and monkey bars are suitable for children up to 6 years old, all children must be fully supervised by an adult at all times when using the swings and monkey bars.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERY PERSON TRAVELLING TAKE OUT THEIR OWN HOLIDAY INSURANCE WHAT YOU NOW NEED TO DO
